Chef Cliff Borg stands as an award-winning and hospitality expert with over 20 years of experience in fine dining, private catering, and culinary innovation. Hailing from Malta, his journey around the globe has taken him to Michelin kitchens such as Hibiscus & L’Enclume to launching a pop-up in Malaysia. Most recently, the highly anticipated creation of Rosami, a fine-dining restaurant in Malta, which earned a Michelin star within months of opening. Throughout his career Cliff brings a unique blend of creativity, operational insight, and storytelling to every project, navigating both triumphs and setbacks with resolute passion. He continues to embody the spirit of innovation and perseverance; a chef whose resolute love for the craft inspires those around him.
